Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary and emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (516) 675-2239. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. We will require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. 50% of the booked service(s) amount will be charged to your card on file as the cancellation fee. No-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service(s) amount to your card on file. Unless a true, unavoidable emergency occurs, part or none of the cancellation fee may be applied.
